The first result that appears is the one you want. Can't post the direct link here but it's easy to find. It will tell you how to train all skills and the macros for razor to use. Other items you should know that are uoforever specific:
For alchemy, tailoring, blacksmithing, and carpentry - use the crafters guild area in north west Britian to train as you get a bonus that reduces the resources used.
For all other skills, it will be fastest to train them in dungeons as there is a skill gain bonus in all dungeons. Some dungeons like despise, wrong, and ice cave have *safe* spots that monsters either can't get to or do not go.
