The LBOD for that gives a +15 ASH, and the value of that (probably 50k) isn't enough to make someone actually collect and fill all the smalls. So it's probably going to be filled individually for a copper runic hammer. I haven't seen copper hammers sell for more than 20-25k recently, and the ingots to fill will cost about 10k. So I would say the high end value of your BOD is about 10k, but I would probably only offer 5k.
