Going rate and ideal rate for bulk recall scrolls...

What is the going rate for recall scrolls currently in bulk, not like 30k bulk but groups along the lines of 10, 50, 100, 500, 2.5k...
And what is the ideal rate you would pay for recall scrolls in bundles of the previously mentioned sizes... By ideal rate I mean what is the highest price you would still buy a vendor out at...??? Thanks in advance!!
