Gm Resist

What spell will speed up my quest to GM resist, I already have GMd magery, should I keep doing Mana Vampire for resist?
Ive heard Flamestrike is faster, but dont know how true it is.

I recently got gm resist on my first guy. I started casting flame strike, but eventually switched it up to mana vampire because I felt like it was giving me better gains. That could have been pure luck with a few tests that I ran quickly myself ...

The last char I GMed Resist with, I used Flamestrike simply because I had over 10k more sulphurous ash and spiders' silk than other regs. The gains were definitely slower than when I'd used Mana Vampire on other chars.

Alright, seems like Mana Vampire is the preffered option, I just wish it didnt have to use 4 different regs..
