Get rid of the Young status faster? (can't do BODs)

I have GM:ed tailoring and want to try out making BODs. However, my char is still young (even though I created him a week ago because I haven't been able to play that much). Being a young player apparently means not being able to make BODs (by some reason!?).

I logged in now and saw that I have 33 hours left of my young status. Is there any way to get around this? I really want to start out with the BODS.

Say I renounce my young status. Or get 600 skill points(real) or [uof on the bottom right side of the gui is the young player tab their is a button to renounce young status.
