They dont worth much but you can sell them to jewelers..u can profit some though..

The gems you receive from mining are just normal gems found within the UO world. They are not rares or semi-rares. It is just an additional "bonus" for having high mining skill. Best thing to do with gems is just sell them to a jeweler as other above have mentioned.
