First spot is a 7x12 2story RIGHT outside SW Trisnic, 30 seconds to center of town or the moongate.

Second spot is a 7x8 2story two screens south of the Britan moongate. I believe there's enough room for an 8x8 (not 100% sure). Ettin/Troll spawn about a screen south. Only house within a screen in any direction.
