There are 3-4 i believe. they were placed in an empty castle idoc by Shane. i think one dropped from a special pumpkin monster he spawned at the IDOC too.
There will likely be more since they are supposed to be Halloween event rewards. It remains to be seen how they will be given out. There is still "The Cauldron" and "Four Horseman" events to come for October leading up to Halloween.
