Freezing every 5 to 10 seconds

What's going on. Like the thread name says i freeze every 5 to 10 seconds, but the mobs don't any then it's death by bugga bugga.
Any one have an answer?

Try running UOSteam or Razor in Administrator mode, that almost always solves weird client issues like these.

Right-click Icon > Run As Administrator
