Much like Kraden posted earlier, I too utilized his services and had some assistance lockpicking chests at no cost. I am now at the same point where I would also like to offer these services. I am working on proceeding past 95% lockpicking and anyone who needs assistance in having a chest opened for free in whatever location you would like, just let me know. There is no gimmick, just looking for gains and for others to receive their much earned loot.
There is no expectation to receive anything to open these chests, tips are appreciated but nothing is required. If you need help, just let me know.
