Flags you can carry

In almost every medieval times settings with knights and warriors and such......you almost always see Flags or Banners carried by horseman. I think it would be a very cool item added so you could carry one. Have a few different flags, maybe a good and evil alignment flags, flags for the 4 factions groups, etc. Maybe make them craftables (which makes sense, would require Tailoring + Carpentry) or maybe mob drops or dono/gold sink items.
Its something I always thought was missing from the UO aesthetics......

so long as holder of the ''murder'' flag is alive, all party members corpse cannot be cut????????
