Does Eval Int have an influence on the EV, damage or duration wise?

im not 100 percent sure but i think it does...at least on the duration part. at least I'm pretty sure it did on osi...

I'm 99,99% sure the answer is no. Eval only affects spells that deal damage.

I would agree with Ric Savage, as far as I know, It has no impact on casting EV's. It doesn't effect the damage nor the duration.
