Anyone know the value of this? Or maybe what it does?

It looks like lich dust, just a different hue and a different name.

Picked it up during a Skara Brae invasion a few weeks ago. Looted hundreds of corpses and managed to snag two of these.

i think it is used to recharge your pet summon ball. 100 dono coins value is around 15k to 17k

Nah that's powder of translocation that charges ball. This stuff is probably for some recipe.
