Error After updating patch???

ERROR READS:
Failed to open 'artlegacymul.uop' from HD using a maximum install. Either this file is not readable, your system needs to be rebooted, or the file does not exist and you either need to reinstall or switch to a non-maximum install.

I reinstalled Ultina 4xs now and still no luck any help please?

Update: Need to run as admin to access the files in C drive after the new update!!!

That's why you should install it outside the default folder
