Emote Timer

If it doesn't involve too much effort on the coding side of it (@Adam ?), can we lower the emote timer so I can be silly and wittier on a more efficient and timely basis? I don't know what the timer is now (4s?), but 1 or 2 seconds is plenty I'd think.
What do you think, UOF?

I would definitely like this change as long as blocking someone in-game ALSO blocked their emotes.

Pretty sure as of now, when you ignore someone, you still hear their emotes even though you don't see their text.. it's annoying as shit since some people at WBB just macro emote noises non-stop while AFK.

Having a 1s timer without fixing the ignore option would be a mess!
