Dungeon Treasure Maps
Works like the normal Treasure Map System, but at locations inside the dungeons. Also random item dig ups before finding the chest like fishing. Different levels mean different items.
Mining is important to have for this. Not for the distance you are from the chest, but the quality of the treasure or it being ruined (each strike doing something to the quality).
Different types of treasure chests can be found besides the regular random item chests.
Themed chests could spawn - Example
A Wizard's Chest
Protected by various types of Headless and/or Gazers (Having the real properties in Ultima)
Mostly Wizardry Items within the chest.
Possibly finally protected by the Wizard who the chest belongs to.
This idea can go in several different directions for several different levels of play. Dig up one get a clue for the next one... so on.

- Treasure Hunter Digs finds random object (Bones, fertile dirt, possibly rare rocks, gems, and so on) or starts to dig up the chest.
- Treasure Chests are first Magically Sealed (can not be dispelled with magic) until the first wave of mobs and/or mini boss is killed. Once defeated the seal is lifted and the chest can be Unlocked (With LockPicking or if lucky enough finding a key on a mob).
- Any time a mob spawn is trigger the chest becomes Magically Sealedand locked again.
- Once the chest is emptied of items it will explode dealing random damage and cast an AOE of fields (Gas/Poison, Fire, Paralyze Fields) and a final wave of mobs are spawned.
