Dungeon Chest Locations

Hello,

Borrowed some lock pick boxes, and now I'm 95 ish. I'd like to start doing dungeon chests. I don't have the 200k for the rune book (saw price on forum). Can anyone tell me where the chests are? I can run in, pick, and run out.

I have 2 runebooks locked down at my Ocllo Bank house for public use. They are on the first floor, at the end of the bottom row of books. They are labeled safe and dangerous spots
