If your internet will not load pages whenever you receive a push link from a GM, check to see if you have Add Block Pro or any other pop-up blocker enabled. If you simply disable the blocker before pressing on the link, you should load fine assuming this was your root problem.
I've had this issue for about 2 years and have never bothered to post. With a little detective work by a certain staff member, (Very high ranking staff helping me with a b.s. issue like this, whaaa?) we were able to figure it out. Hope this helps someone out there!
