I just made my first vendor today. And loaded him up with all my powers, vanqs, and slayers. It's at the gankware LLC. There is a gate on the south side of the bank.
There are only like 3 weapons on it over 3k. And it had about 50 powers 30 slayers and a dozen vanqs.
So there are some really good deals.
