Discordance

If you currently use discordance please PM me. I'm wanting to find out if it's any good after the recent changes. I trained it to GM when I first started here just to find out it failed 90% of the time. If it is now a viable skill I'd like to know so I can possibly change 1 of my 3 provo's....

I know an ex guildie who has it at GM and solo's para slayers. I think it still fails a few times but once it triggers you should be good keeping it up.

noob question... what does discordance do? Ive never used the skill before.

Debuffs a mob by lowering all skills/stats/resistances by a % depending on your skill.

I forget what the maximum % drop is, 20% maybe?
