Dexxer Talisman Vanq Stone stuck in my bank

Placed the dull stone that requires vanq weapons in my bank box, now when I try to take it out it says, "You can not pick that up". If I try to use while in the bank box it says, "Only the owner of this item may use it". Anyone know what is going on?

Page a GM in game and they should be able to help ya out.
