Death beetle vs lv 6 meta pet?

I'm a 115/115 tamer. Right now I'm using a death beetle and WW to farm. I almost got enough fund for a meta egg. I'm very enthusiastic about meta at first but now I'm quite hesitated to buy it because I learnt that Death beetle is stronger than a lv 6 meta and poison made them more effective for farming and doing Champion. ( unless I got QS/molten relic )

120 taming and Relic is too expensive for me atm. Should I stick with DB WW combo right now and save the fund for 120 taming PS? (or relic)

Don't bother with a meta unless you can afford at minimum QS and yes your in for alot more expenditure for the other relics and the 120 taming 120 lore. I have a lvl five meta and just recently bought a Bloody Talons for it and to be honest if I didn't have so much gold wrapped up in it already I would trash the damn pet lol. Goodluck

for farming a good death beetle > lvl 6 w/o qs
for champs its hard to say every champ and champ lvl is diffrent

Yeah, don't bother with a meta until you can afford a QS.
A lvl 6 with molten and bloody would also be better than a DB.

Lvl 7 is better than DB even without relics imho

Sorry to hijack this thread, but as a newly gm'd tamer looking to build my way up to legendary, what pets would you recommend i farm with at 100/100??

The classic dragon and mare or dragon and WW work just fine in most cases.
