Custom sound files?

I'm a little bored with some of the music in the game, is there any way to change the files around so I can choose the songs that play at certain times? Also can this be done per character or if I change a song will it change for all characters?

You can change the songs that play pretty easily. All you have to do is add something like "2" to the end of the file in your (C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Ultima Online Classic\Music\Digital) folder. We will say it's combat1. So change that to combat1(2) or w/e. Next bring the file you want to play into the uo music folder and name it combat1. You now have your song of choice playing during combat. Rinse and repeat for any other songs you want to replace.
