Saw other post it sells for 70k. and that was like 9 months ago.

I see them all the time on vendors.. 2 today at 11500g each. No idea what they do and where they are from but they arent really worth much.

I think you might have seen the one I got, I forgot what vendor is was at now, but ya for 1500 gp. Maybe the person stacked a couple and mispriced one. lol oh well. Thank you sir for info.

well, its purpose is to make you learn your fame and karma @Doomsayer
i bought once at 5k, people lots of gold for that sometimes, but it is useless; you dont want to spend that much gold just to learn your fame and karma..
not in UOF but in many shards it is sold at provisioners stores 1k or 2k tops and also comes as a loot from some monsters..
