Couldn't Connect

I'm getting couldn't connect error sometimes, after getting dc'ed. It waits for a long time saying connecting first. Is it about server or something here? It is almost everyday

If the client hangs while logging on for more than 3-5 seconds, I just close the client and restart and it works every single time.

Doesn't work for me, probably its because my client is not 7 something 15 but 35

Installed the client from server website, still same. It disconnected me right in middle of a dungeon now I can't login. Hangs at connecting.

Edit: tried with assist and razor, same
