Connection Problems With Steam/Razor

Re-Installing & Setting up UO Forever...
Downloaded UO client works fine..
But I couldn't find a current version of Steam. (tried 2 versions)
Razor wont work on my PC because Norton wont allow me to DL/open it.

When I log into UO Forever it says "Steam client not compatible. You will be disconnected shortly."
Then I am logged out.

Where can I find a new and clean version of Steam/Razor?

Any help would be appreciated!

Have u ticked negotiate features with server? sounds like u thats whats wrong to me

Used the new launcher to download UOSteam.
Works fine now.
