I just bought a keep and thought they had max storage. The house gump says I can only have 18 secure containers, though my guildy on a custom house has 39 secure containers. Is my keep glitched?

Custom Houses have a higher Secure count than classic houses...My castle only allows 28 secure containers. but the lockdowns and storage are over the amount of a custom.
