Can't tell what the dimensions are maybe 9x9 or 9x10, either way it's a high traffic zone with a rune library moongate and britain very close to it. This place could be your base of operations or your vendor shop! Selling it as is I purchased it for 525k hoping to get that much for it. Or even more if it becomes a bidding contest which I doubt.
