Suggestion 1 - Changes to Inscription
I think it would be a great idea to add some bonuses to the current Inscription system. Chances are PSs are off the table, so this could help those who use Inscription for crafting.
Potential bonuses from GM Inscription:
It would be very useful if the Mark spell (or scroll) could be used in houses. On EA/OSI you can mark runes inside of a house, and the rune would then bear the name of the house. This is great for vendor shops and guild houses. Basically, say I renamed my house "The Vesper Trading Co."... Now, when I mark a rune inside the house, it automatically will bear the name "The Vesper Trading Co. (house)".

Potential bonuses from GM Inscription:
- Runebooks can hold up to 20 charges. GM scribes have a chance at crafting runebooks with up to 20 charges
- Chance at crafting double scrolls (i.e. you have a chance of crafting 2 recalls from the materials needed to craft 1)
- Chance at crafting a special hue runebook
* To combat people macroing thousands of runebooks to get the special hues, they would only be obtainable when there has been a delay of at least 60 minutes since you last crafted a runebook. This way, you can't just spit out a macro for 5,000 runebooks and collect the hues overnight. Your first runebook would have a chance at a special hue, but you would not be eligible for a chance again until 60 minutes has passed since crafting your last runebook. - Another way to do this is by introducing a GM-craftable 'Special Runebook Dye Tub' that allows you to dye runebooks special hues not otherwise available. This item could have limited charges. Perhaps a recipe could be available via a rare drop, the gold sink vendor or something else.
