I have been seeing these on the forums recently. Just out of curiosity. What do these do exactly? Does it actually add a cellar floor to your house?

yeah, basically it adds a basement or "cellar" to your house. It can be nice in my opinion to put items that you may not have room for on the other floors in your cellar
