Cant access account

I created an account for my cousin today on same computer.. And when I went to log in with my user/password it acted as if it the account was new. My character was missing and it had me making a new one. Any ideas as to how to recover my account?

You may have had a typo in the original account you created, so when you tried to log back in it just created a new account.

Check this folder (assuming you're on Windows 7):

C:\Users\<your account>\Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Legacy\User Data\

Here, you should see some folders named after your UO accounts. Check for a similar name to the one you are trying now.

Alternatively you can PM Shane or one of the admins and they may be able to look it up for you based on your IP address, other account name, character name, etc.

LMAO! Cant believe I was that absent-minded!!.......smh
I was trying to log in with my old UO account!...lol...
