Cannot install game

I am trying to install the game. I have downloaded the launcher but when i click install UO nothing happens. When i first clicked it, it said "A valid installation of Ultima Online could not be automatically located. Please locate your Ultima Online installation folder or choose a folder where you would like to install Ultima Online." I created a new folder but now when i click install UO nothing happens. No bar or anything, but it isn't freezing or crashing at all. Please help.

Which launcher did you try? I deleted everything UO related, and used http://www.uoforum.com/threads/ultima-online-forever-launcher-redux-beta.63061/

It loaded the launcher, then when you click play it will install and download it but it does start slow and seems like it was doing nothing for a few minutes.

I used the one at http://www.uoforever.com/dlc_welcome.php but the one you linked seems to work
