Buy house from VENDOR or from Player?

As a noob....who just got out of young player status, I'm working on buying a house to keep all my pathetic goodies. Especially since I'm practically out of bank space already.

The question is, should I invest in just a small house from a vendor, or buy house from a player? Not sure what's the best course of action is.

buy a small house from a player, or get the house placement tool and find a small one yourself.

it depends on the size you want. You can still place small houses on here. If you try to buy a small house, the player who placed it will most likely ask for 20k + then the placement cost.
