Like 20seconds from tower to run there.. works just fine for me when running from ganks. But in the end i'm pretty hardcore runner. Anyway I think this is a nice trammy house cause the mountain is next to it and it's located in the capital city. Price check please?

without walls it's worth about 500k-1m

this of course taking into account the cost of 30x30s sucking up all the loose change on the shard and also the housing expansion

Yea I was thinking myself closer to 1m. When I was selling the house infront of this house that is pretty small i got offers between 350-600k without walls
