Ok so say you have a new guild member. He is, maybe, new to the server or just coming back. He has been doing good for about a week but you want to test him. You just need to know what makes him tick and if he has what it takes. So you tell him to bring you a shrubbery.
I mean is there a not a litmus higher than the shrubbery test!
So he has to go find Roger the Shrubber and get the shrubbery. Once he has it there is a time limit on the shrubbery before it will turn into a paragon corpser (only loot is a coconut/no meta xp). Basically he has to get it back to the Knight Who Says Ni before the timer is up. However once he arrives with the shrubbery the Knight Who Says Ni will say its good but reject it causing it to turn into a corpser paragon anyway. After he kills it it will drop a "a hedge that looks nice and is not too expensive" with a 24 hour timer. Which can be returned to prove that you are indeed worthy to the cause.
