Soulforge cant be bought. You need all the pieces and such to craft yourself.

It can be bought and re-deeded, I have bought one. The only problem is to re-deed the soul forge, you cannot just axe it; you must place a wall or blocking item in house customisation, so it goes into your 'moving crate'. Of course this only works with custom plots and not classic houses. You can page a GM to deed it for you if you have a classic house; that is what the guy who sold me mine, did.
