Bought New House and Can not Demolish

Hey,

It is not like I want to demolish my house right now... but I would like the option in case I need to drop it.

Anyway, I just bought a plot and on the character I bought the plot with the "Demolish House" button is not active. What gives?

I have a house on my other account that I placed... I can demolish that house at will.

check the moving crate. I don't think you can demolish if there is something in it.

Yup, a couple worthless items left over in there. Button is now active... thanks.
