I have heard mention of this island. But not much info. What's there and why is it special?

There is the swamp dragon spawn which is the best thing going for it. I suspect another rare tamable spawns on the island but no evidence to support that.
There's a cyclops spawn that's good for meta training. Couple dragon spawns. Couple pirate NPCs which are fun to fight a time or two. Some neat architecture. A dungeon you aren't supposed to be able to get inside but can.
But overall booty was a bust.
