(All three of these spawns are highly lucrative! Plus you can just keep running south from those to find 4 ogre lord spawns, 3 more pirates, and 6 more titans/cyclops.) Best of all, it's in the front row of the huge suburbia that is NW Booty, so there is no other player housing clogging up your view or yard.

I had to drop this plot because I bought another property.

So it's free for the taking!

Refer to the screen shot for placement of 8x8. Small stone tower will also fit.

It means there's no plot there, nothing. Get a house placement tool from the NPC architect and use it to place a customizable 8x8 in the same position you see in the screenshot.

Or u can place a small old style house, marble workshop, or small stone tower -will all fit there.

I just checked and the spot is still free.
