Booty Island Patch Installed - Cant See 30x30's

Greetings all you lovely people !

I have a few friends that ran into an odd situation.. and I am wondering if any of you ran into this same problem as well and if there are any solutions to it.

They installed the "booty island patch".. they can go to booty island and see everything and run around - including being able to see houses there.... and they are all patched up via UOF Launcher that was installed by the link on the homepage.

Here is the odd part... they cant see 30x30 plots.. how come ??

You should delete ALL I mean EVERYTHING UO related from your computer first before installing it all again. From control panel, if using Windows, or CCleaner.

To install it again you should use UOF Launcher to download all the files.

Has worked for me couple times. The UOF Launcher needs UI redesign though, its somehow difficult to understand.

If that doesnt help ask @eppy

What surprised me though was that if they had a problem installing the patch that they wouldn't be able to see anything at all on booty island..but they can see everything there and can run around there..... its just odd that its only a problem with seeing 30x30's in particular

I will let you all know if/when they can get it to work - with the ideas and suggestions that will be posted here by everyone.

Update... one of my friends mentioned that he can see all the new houses in Magincia.. and he can see the chest in Britain on top of the guard tower.

He ran "UOF Launcher" in admin mode now and it pushed a patch that he was able to install.... but - still no luck with seeing 30x30's tho... he also used to be able to see them at 1 point a while back , but for whatever the reason it stopped working 1 day .

In addition - he was not able to see TMap icons or the Moongate icons .. and he has reinstalled UOF. He may give it a try once more.

This makes 3 people that I know of - who has this problem with 30x30's.

The above fix I linked will take care of it for sure.

we've been using a 30x30 for a guild house and several members have had to update t his way.

quick question ... 1 of my friends did a complete un-install of Ultima Online and everything related.

He than did an "install" - and he can now see my 30x30. However -
* He cannot see treasure map types
* He cannot see gate options (moongate)
* He cannot see BOD types - only the buttons

Did any of your members have similar problems like these as well?

I tried this. The result was:

able to see vermin cloth
unable to see booty island
unable to see boat cannons
unable to see raffle island
unable to see stone abbatoirs
unable to see 30x30s
list goes on...

not only that, but my pre-existing client now has issues

unable to open certain corpses: evil mages, escourtables, faction npc vendors

3 ways to fix.
1. set windows to english
2. delete all not english language files

the only way and easiest way i found to fix this was to unistall UO client and reinstal from the bottom of the main UOF webpage where it says download and play, and all m macros and profiles were still here

One of my friends can now see 30x30's.

Although he has a problem with crafting options and moongate options , there seems to be a solution posted above by *cough* ..."someone"... that he will check out .
