Willing to take some offers on this, was dropped at bank after server was reloaded last...Not sure if they have came before...it is a consumable rare. Massive firework. Might be a piece a collector is seeking?

Are you definitely able to move this? I remember when they gave them out you could only move them for a small period of time then they locked them in your backpack.

they handed them out, some people moved them before, they were made unmovable.

only real problem is, they said these are going to be craftable very soon =/
