Blessed Flesh Orc Mask

I bought the sink fleshy orc mask (Blessed).
I went running around for IDOCs, agroed an orc and had a million dollar explosion on my face.
None of the other masks you buy do this, and this one cost the same if not more than most of the other orc masks.

Long story short, the (blessed) should remove the exploding property of any/all of these masks.

Yeahhhh surely this will be fixed and you receive another mask. I can't imagine spending the equivalent of over $60 for something to blow up in your face (in game ofc).

its not a donation mask, it's a gold sink mask.

easy fix though, I also lost a pale orc mask during a cove bloodrock orc invasion hehe. BUT don't necessarily expect a refund as it's against shard policy to replace lost items.

Plus I'm not entirely sure it's possible to fix already existing masks except on a case by case basis, although I wouldn't be too surprised if adam could do it.

I'm not begging for a REFUND but I would at least like acknowledgement that it needs/will be fixed... a 1 mil hit is pretty heavy for something like this, IMO.
