Are Frenzied ostards on this shard?

Since there is no delucia, where they normally spawn, are they anywhere else? Thanks

They are definitely here. Not sure where they spawn.

im not sure the pack instinct works here either but as thestand says yes they are here.

Yeah they are here. Pretty sure I have a rune to the spawn, would be on the first floor of my Ocllo bank house

theres a spawn for frenzied ostard on the east side of the hedge maze ( NOT IN THE MAZE) but close to it.
