try the moonglow npc at the south entrance, those vendors usually buy everything

Tanners will buy your leather and studded.

I don't know of any npc's that will buy bone.

i go to brit and sell all my weapons, metal to the weaponsmith and armor guy north of brit bank, then run north west to the tanner to sell leather, and finish it off at the blacksmith for the stuff that the weaponsmith/armor didn't buy
