Animal Lore power scroll

The FAQ says there is no power scroll for Animal Lore. As I typed the topic for this thread it popped up various threads offering Animal Lore power scrolls for sale.

So I presume Animal Lore PS exist.

Do they do the same things they did in public UO (stable space, easier taming)?

Is there a Vet PS?

there is no Vet PS. and yes more lore = easier to tame, more stable space, and also at 110 or 115, not sure which you can lore monsters that are untamable
