I have several Ancient/White MiBs (Messages in Bottles) that I would like to trade for some regular MiBs.
I believe the current rate for a White MiB is 20 - 30k, so I'd say a fair trade would be somewhere in the range of 15 regular MiBs for 1 Ancient.
Of course, I'm always buying regular MiBs and paying well.
