Does anyone know what drops all this?
What else am i missing to make the new armors?

Legendary Hammer shards can come from: either of the bosses in Cove 4, random mobs in Ice 3(according to patch notes), and the boss in an RDA. Warriors dust drops from the harpy warriors in Cove 4. Not sure about the crystal shards, unless you're talking about the crystals that can be mined in an RDA

last night i got ice white dragon bone shards. anyone know what those are for?

Legendary hammer and their capabilities is a mystery. So we don't know how these ingredients are worth.
I know warriors dust is worthless basically since it drops 100%.
