Am i pricing this right

I have a blaze tunic im wanting to sell. From what i can find Blaze Cloth Sells for 30k per yard, and it takes 12 yards to make a tunic. I am getting a value of 360K. +160k for Bless deed, giving a great total of 520K. Does anyone think i could get that amount?

You'll almost never get back the same price it costs in resources. Plus, most of the time people go by how many yards it takes when crafted in the crafting area, which is 20% less
