So you want a monetary based statloss. 100K is ********. It cost far less to build a new character and that can be done in a day with the right template.

Temp stat loss is good the way it is. The skilled PKs generally have at 3+ red characters (if not more) because hey everyone gets ganked, lags, or just has a bad day. If you end up with all of your Reds in stat then you have no business being a Red. Only way you should be able to pay your way out is if the person that killed you wants to sell you your head back.
