Alchemy as a Profession
Alchemy can be a very profitable endeavor as everyone uses potions such as greater heal and total refresh. Most players will buy full kegs at a time which means a decent profit for you. Also to identify kegs on vendors you can use taste id.
Alchemy Skill Gain When Combined With Poisoning
This will help you gain alchemy quickly and with minimal cost when you combine it with the poisoning skill. The easiest way is to start with 50 poisoning and buy alchemy to 30 from an npc. You may Gm alchemy with Greater poison but you will need the Deadly posion to finish poisoning. You can also remove poisoning and just put the potions in kegs.
